How to Make Celeriac Mash

Celeriac is a variety of celery that comes in a bulbous form. It's tasty and turning it into a mash makes it an ideal addition for special occasion meals or just for a warming side dish any time.

- 800g potatoes, peeled and chopped in small chunks
- 1kg celeriac, peeled and chopped in small chunks
- 1/2 cup cream, heated (non-dairy can be substituted)
- 60g butter (softened) or olive oil
