1Put the pan on the stove and light it.Ad
-
2Take the zucchini and cut it into medium-sized pieces. They should be long but thick. The slices should look like the picture.
-
3Take the olive oil and pour it onto the warmed pan. Be sure to put only enough to keep the zucchini from sticking. Rub it around to the edges with a spoon. If the stove crackles or pops, this is a normal reaction to olive oil.
-
4Take the butter and spread it onto the pan. It should fully melt, and be sure to spread it around all corners like the olive oil.
-
5Take the zucchini slices and place some on the pan. If all don't fit, it is okay.
-
6When the zucchini seems fully cooked on one side, take the prongs and flip the slices over onto the other side.
-
7When you think both sides are done, pick the pan up and tilt it from side to side. This rubs the flavor of the oil and butter into them. Put the zucchini slices onto a plate and put them to the side.
-
8Take the meat slices and put them on the pan. If you think the pan needs more oil or butter, put it on.
-
9Repeat steps 4-6 with the meat.
-
10Put the mushrooms on the pan after re-oiling it and repeat steps 4-6 with them.
-
11Cut the onions into thin slices and repeat steps 4-6.
-
12Put the meat, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini on however many plates needed to serve your guests.Ad
