EditYour Cafe
-
1Figure out how to take care of your guests: how many customers you predict, what you will serve and the atmosphere of your decoration and seating. This will all contribute to your budget.
-
2Sketch designs.
- Plan out where and when your restaurant will open. Design the inside of your cafe on paper, in comparison to the actual size. The inside of your cafe is where your customers will be spending their time, therefore the atmosphere of this room is essential. The sketch will allow you to get an idea of what you will decorate the room with and where to put your decorations. It will also allow you to understand where things will go and the size, to make sure they fit.
-
3Buy supplies.
- One thing to make sure you do not do is to impulse buy! Only purchase things within your budget. Propose a menu and decide what else you will decorate your cafe with. Will you make them? - tables, chairs, etc. Once that has been worked out, buy the supplies, and start building! After that, make the food from the menu. Finally, open your cafe!
