Preparing the Ingredients

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Wash the vegetables well.
  3. Cut them up into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Prep the spices.
  5. Remember to have a pan nearby too!

Cooking the Mix

  1. Turn on the stove to medium heat and place the pan.
  2. Pour oil in the pan. Be careful in this step, Okay?
  3. While the oil heats up, quickly toss in the freshly cut veggies into a medium deep bowl and toss in the spices.
  4. Stir up the mix.
