  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 package (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 cups frozen cubed hash browns
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen corn
  • 1/2 pound (8 oz) cheese block, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

    Brown and cook the meat in a large skillet. Add the peppers and onions in the skillet and cook thoroughly. Drain the oils and place back on the heat.

    Add the water and taco mix into the skillet. Ensure the meat is well covered with the mix and add the cheese, potatoes, and corn. Combine everything together.

    Transfer the mixture to a 13" x 9" baking dish. Cover the top with foil.
