This is a quick way to make what tastes a little like a lemon and sugar pancake––with a little imagination, that is!

Serves 1:

  • 30ml Frangelico liqueur
  • Wedge of lemon per drink
  • Sugar (enough to dip into)

    Pour the Frangelico into a shot glass.

    Pour the sugar into a small saucer or bowl.

    Serve with a lemon wedge on a side plate.

    Dip the lemon wedge into the sugar.
  2. 2
    Drink the Frangelico. At the same time, bite into the sugared lemon and suck.

    Repeat!
