1Firstly find a quiet place to study, turn off devices if u get easily distracted with them.

2Use refill and write out all your vocabs, you may read it as you write if you find it easier to remember. After that quickly scan and read through what you've just wrote.

3If you got a little tired of writing....
- After a long time of writing you may want to rest and get a snack. Eat some fruit or chocolate just to cheer yourself up.
- For the next 15 minutes try reviewing over your notes, and read them out loudly.

1Try and ask yourself questions in that language loudly and see if you can make a respond to them.

2Read out related vocab loudly, you may also say out loudly the meaning.

3make a timetable on studying and take 15-30 minute breaks so you won't feel stressed out.

4eating sweets may cheer you up and also fruits (e.g apples) are refreshing.

- Another thing u can make use is the website, go on language websites and do some studying on that. Going outside can clear your mind and release stress after a long time of studying. Review every time after class may help you remember vocabs.
