How to Prepare Sea Salt Soak
Sea salt, sometimes called Bay Salt or Solar salt, is produced when water evaporates from sea water. It is often produced on islands, such as the Cayman Islands and the Philippines, and in coastal regions of larger countries. Although the debate continues about whether sea salt or table salt is healthier to ingest, sea salt has been known to have health benefits. A sea salt solution can be used to flush eyes, rid skin of infections, treat piercings or produce soft skin. Where table salt may be useful for health reasons, it contains high levels of iodine and some anti-caking agents that reduce its healing power. Sea salt can be found at specialty food markets or online. This article will tell you how to prepare sea salt soak.
