EditTips

  • Have plenty of napkins on hand.
  • In this case, practice makes perfect.
  • When you are done mix together anything that falls out the back. They taste great as a "salad".
  • Alternatively, tear off the top third of the wrapping so you can use the rest of the foil to ensure your burrito stays in its tortilla.
  • If you are purchasing a burrito at a restaurant and can see it being made, watch the cook to be sure it's not overfilled. Tell them if it's too full. If you're at a 'sit-down' restaurant and can't see your burrito being made, you can always send it back. Remove some of the filling and put it on the side if it's difficult to eat.

EditWarnings

  • Don't bite the burrito in a way that would cause it to "explode". Be gentle and eat the parts that are in imminent danger of falling
  • Make sure the burrito has cooled to a comfortable temperature before you begin eating it.
  • Salsas come in many different degrees of spiciness. Exercise caution when applying the condiment.
