- 1 whole white medium onion
- 2 String scallions
- 1 Bottle of oyster sauce
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Sugar
- Vegetable oil

1Remove the skin from the shrimp, tail included.Ad

2Cut peppers in half, remove all of the seeds and cut julienne style.

3Peel the onion and cut julienne style (only half will be used).

4Wash then chop the scallion into fine pieces.

5Crush the garlic cloves with the side of a knife and mince.

1Pour enough vegetable oil into pan to cover surface.

2Heat the frying pan. If it sizzles when you dip a dampened wooden spoon or chopstick into the pan, the pan is hot enough.

3Add minced garlic to pan and continuously stir for 5 seconds.

4Add onions and stir for 10 seconds.

5Add shrimp and stir until the shrimp turns pink.

6Add peppers and stir for 15 seconds.

7Add 2-4 tablespoons of oyster sauce, or as preferred.

8Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.

9Test taste and add ingredients as preferred .
