Making homemade egg noodles or any type of pasta is easy using the food processor. Follow these basic directions to make almost any type of pasta dough.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons whole milk -- use top (extra rich) milk if possible
- 1 cup flour

1Place salt and flour in a food processor bowl.Ad

5Let rest in the food processor bowl, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes.

- Let the cut noodles dry 2 hours before using in soup or as a side dish.
