How to Make Pasta With Ham Cream Sauce

Very delicious, but sometimes quite heavy, pasta recipe!

- Olive oil
- Dried basil and oregano (€0.99~$1.3 per pot of 6 gr.)
- The pasta of your choice, enough for 2 people (€1.05~$1.4 for 500 gr.)
- 1 package of cream (€0.35~$0.45 for 0.2 l.)
- ½ onion (€0.19~$0.25 for +/- 150gr.)
- 1 clove of garlic (€0.69~$0.91 for 1 ball of garlic)
- About 4 slices of ham (€1.69~$2.2 for slices 100 gr.)

1Boil up some water and add some salt.Ad

2Cook your pasta in the boiled water (follow the instructions on your package to know the cooking time).

3Stir occasionally.

4Slice up your onion.

5Chop up your garlic, make sure they aren’t too small.

6Pile up the ham and roll it up vertically.

7Slice it up into slices of about 1 centimeter and separate them from each other.

8Take a pan and add some olive oil.

9When it’s hot, add the dried basil and oregano so that it covers most of the surface of the pan.

10Add the onions and give it a stir, let them bake for about 5 seconds.

11Add the garlic, let it bake for another 5 seconds.

12Add the ham and let it bake for about 1 minute.

13Add the cream and lower the fire.

14Let the cream rest until the sauce has thickened.

15Season it with some pepper and salt.
