Tiramisu is a delicious Italian desert including espresso/strongly brewed coffee, eggs, sugar, cocao powder and ladyfingers. Sometimes making the desert can be complicated. The eggs are an important ingredient in the desert and can be easily messed up!

    Before you start making the Tiramisu you must have the eggs at room temperature. Take the eggs out about one hour before you start.

    To cut the eggs warming time in half put them in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water.

    Separate the egg whites from the egg yolk.

    The eggs whites must be blended with an electric mixer until a stiff peak forms.
