1Break free. Do stuff, do hobbies. Go out with your loved ones, watch movies, play sports, cook etc. Having a disability is not a hindrance to do things in life. In fact, doing these while you have a disability will double it's worth in your memories because you can prove to the world that you can do normal and fun stuff too.Ad

2Get inspired. There are a lot of good books and stories that tell of persons with disability's inspiring stories and articles. Look for good books like these on bookstores and Internets.
-
3Spend time with loved ones, create good relationships. You can love, you have feelings. Keep a good relationship with your family, nurturing ones with friends and other people. Love can see through any physical imperfections and can break them. Spend more time with people who are supportive, pleasant and likable than with anyone who brings you down. Seek new relationships if your current ones are unhealthy.
-
4Inspire others. One thing to make you feel amazing is inspiring others. Show them that despite having a disability, you still have a good heart and through your happy deeds you can make everyone happy. Be cheerful, be positive in life and always smile! It breaks all imperfections!
-
5Keep your faith. Whatever your religion is, maybe your purpose is to inspire others, or to show the world that physical imperfections is not a hindrance to real happiness. If you're an atheist, connect with atheist organizations and think of yourself as part of the human community, someone who can contribute to society.
-
6Join programs and societies/organizations. There are programs/organizations created for particular disabilities, in here you can meet others like you, and share experiences. They will be understanding and there will be fun time since they have activities, games, races and activities too. Be with others and together inspire the world!
-
7Focus on your strengths! You have some. The absence of one sense or capability forces you to develop the others to compensate. Blind musicians and sculptors, paraplegic famous scientists, software engineers in wheelchairs all accomplish great things in life. You may discover you have talents you never suspected by having the time to practice and learn how to use them.
-
8Follow your dream. Whatever greatness means to you, deep down there is something in your life that you can do well and always wanted to do. Give yourself the chance to find out what that is and pursue it with all your passion.Ad

- Do not believe people who tell you that you can't do things. Find out for yourself whether you can. No one's good at anything until they learn how - this goes in spades for things that take 'talent' like art and music as well as science or technical work. Even if you learn slowly, a plodder can go a lot farther than a sparkling prodigy that slobs off and doesn't practice.
