How to get out of a union or a relationship with grace? Sure you could just walk away or disappear but this is not cool. There are ways to end a relationship that are honorable. Your partner deserves honor. Plus it helps you to grow as a person.

    When you talk to other people about why you broke up, don't trash your ex. Frankly it only makes you look bad. Instead say, "Susan was great. We just got to a point where our values were different and we weren't growing. I will always care for her."
