    Put together a committee to plan and organize fun activities for the team on a regular basis. Events can include weekly indoor games, monthly birthday celebrations, half-yearly outings, annual sports gala etc. The goal of the committee should be to create opportunities for the employees to come forward and have fun and get to know one another.

    Try some games. Nothing puts a smile on an employee's face faster than a quick, funny game. You can choose traditional games like Musical Chair, Passing the Hat; ice breaking games like The Human Knot, Two Truths and a Lie or you can even invent your own games.
