Has your hard drive on the computer been replaced with SSD? In the process of using SSD, are its properties influenced? That is because partition is not aligned when SSD is partitioned. This article is about to discuss how to align SSD partition.

    Click "Start" menu. Then click "Run" and enter msinfo32. Then a window showing system information will pop up. Then select Components ->Storage-> Disk. All disk information will be shown. Find the SSD to be checked and check whether partition starting offset is integer multiples of 4096. If it is, partitions on the SSD have been aligned. If it is not, partitions are not aligned.

    Download, install and launch Partition Wizard.

    select the partition that will be aligned and then click "Align Partition".
