Steps

  1. Run Stellar Phoenix SQL Database Repair on your PC and click OK to continue.
  2. In the File tab, click Select Database option. On the Select SQL Database pop-up, click Select Database button. In case the exact location of the corrupt SQL database is unknown, select a drive in the Look in drop down menu, and then click Search in Folder button. Make sure you check the Search in Subfolders check box, and then click Find button.  The path of the SQL database file chosen or searched from the computer is displayed in the window. Select the correct file from search result list, and then click ‘Repair’ button.
  3. As you click the ‘Repair’ button, the software starts scanning the corrupt SQL database file. You can see the progress base in the bottom pane.
  4. As the software is done scanning the corrupt SQL database, you can preview various objects of the database.  The database objects are listed in hierarchical order in the left pane, while the right pane displays a preview of the objects selected at the left.
  5. To save this SQL database as a repaird database, click ‘Save’ option in the toolbar, and then you will see the following screen.  Provide the required details, as the software will connect the repaired database to the SQL Server. Also, select a location to save the repaired database. With the right details provided, click ‘Connect’ button.
  6. The software will start saving the repaired SQL database file at the specified location. After the software is done saving the repaired database, it will prompt a message notifying the same.
