EditSteps
-
1Get a good shield. You can find one at most vending machines, like the one in Dr. Zed's shack.
-
2Find a good gun. It doesn't necessarily have to have a high damage rate, but a high fire rate is always nice. Anywhere from 5.0 to 10.0 is a very fast gun.
-
3Pick up a healing shield. You will definitely need one once you start moving to different (and harder) areas. Healing shields regenerate your health at about 2 health per second.
-
4Find a support gunner class mod. This step only applies if you picked "Roland" as your character. These are great because they regenerate ammo, so you won't be running to vending machines for more.
EditTips
- When you get to Old Haven, an Atlas machine gun works best on the robots.
