How to Back Drop on a Trampoline
Edited by Pigpog123123, Krazycommando, Laura, KommaH
A back drop is quite a advanced move on a trampoline so don't worry if you don't get it straight away don't worry just keep trying.
EditSteps
-
1Find a trampoline. It is safer if you have one with a net around the sides as they reduce your chances of falling out. Make sure that it is a full size trampoline and not a tram pet.Ad
-
2Start on your hands and knees. Get a bit of bounce and swing your leg round into a front drop position.
-
3Do the back drop. Do the same again but instead of going on to your bum, go on to your back. Have your legs in the air pointing up to the sky. Make sure you look towards your knees when you go in to your back drop. Do this a couple of times until you're confident.
-
4Now to step 3 again but this time on your knees.
-
5Go bigger. Once you have that try the trick crouching and eventually standing. Keep practicing and you will have it in no time!Ad
EditTips
- You might want to get someone to give you pointers and help you out.
- Don't be disheartened if you do get it on your first couple of times. This trick takes time.
EditWarnings
- When first trying this trick, make sure someone is supervising you. Falling on your neck could be fatal.
