EditSteps
-
1Pick a food or foods you want to cut out of your diet.
-
2Find out on average how much of the bad food you eat a day. You will probably start by tallying how many times you go to take a snack of it.
-
3Try to adjust the ratio of good to bad food that you eat. For example normal bad food to current amount of bad food 2:1 so for every time you have two bad things take away the next bad thing you try and eat.
-
4Keep up your adjustments until you're eating a purely healthy diet!
