1Click on start menu.

2Then search for "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware" (Without the quotes)

3Click on the one just says Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

4Click on the Settings tab from inside Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

5Then click on Detection and Protection sub-tab from inside Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

6Check the box that says Scan for rootkits.

- This is recommended for 32-bit Systems, but there some 64-bit rootkits out there
- This will also enable rootkit scanning in al scan options: Threat Scan, Custom scan and Hyper scan rather than just being enabled in Custom scan

- If you have a Windows 8 system and you enable this feature, Malwarebytes could be prone to crashing a lot
