EditSteps
-
1The first thing you have to do is run cleaning software ; like the popular CCleaner, but I recommend using Privazer: this mighty tool will not only clean your computer in a safe and unrecoverable way, but you're also able to analize what has been going on on your pc, from websites to maps you've visited, after the cleanup, nobody will be able to recover these things ( WARNING : if you're planning to use recovering software like Recuva to recover lost files or other thing, please note that it won't work anymore, the cleaner I recommend is made to delete FOREVER ! )But if u still want to recover lost files, just uncheck the box "traces in free space" or something like that.

2The second thing is important to keep your pc secure and fast, it's called updating, updating will fix problems ( or bugs ), in programs and drivers, wich will make them more secure against hackers and virusses, so UPDATE FREQUENTLY !
-
3After this you have to make a full-scan with your anti-virus, this will detect malware ( MALicious softWARE ) and keep your system secured against hackers and virusses with just a click on a button ( thank the software engineers for their awesome programming skills ) .
-
4The final step is to defragment your whole system, defragmenting is a technique to put all the pieces back to each other to make the system faster. Search on Google what defragmenting is to understand what I'm saying this will explain how it keeps it fast.
EditTips
- To keep malware and hackers outside, please please please please please please ... please , DON'T click on every link or ad that says your system is infected ... they ... can't ... know ... it's an ad ... not a superbeasthacking-ad ... and don't believe everything the internet says.
- Using a VPN or Tor will greatly increase your privacy online!
EditWarnings
- The question is not whether I'm paranoid, it's whether I'm paranoid enough.
