Overview
As part of the on-line registration tool, each student will have a customized "communication packet," available through the "Campus Resources" tab of my.harvard.edu. Departments can submit documents and/or website links for viewing to the following student audience or target:
- Concentration (Harvard College students)
- Class Year (i.e. Class of 2018)
- House affiliation (Harvard College students)
- Year in School (FR, SO, JR, SR)
- Department (GSAS students)
Submitting Documents for Publication
Email a .pdf, weblink, or scanned image file to enrollment [at] fas [dot] harvard [dot] edu, along with the following information:
- Document name (50 character maximum) - The name of the document or weblink, for display in the packet.
- Document description (200 character maximum) - A longer description of the document or weblink.
- Document provided by (50 character maximum) - An individual or department name for display, intended as a resource for more information by the student if desired.
- Target information - Having access to the document or weblink according to the combination of concentration, class year, and/or House affiliation for Harvard College students and the combination of year in school and/or department for Graduate School of Arts and Sciences students.
All information must be received by January 14 to ensure inclusion in thecommpack [at] fas [dot] harvard [dot] edu ( )Communication Packet by the start of spring 2014-15 registration.
