Blender 2.4x Scripts

This is the area for Blender 2.4x series scripts.

  • To do: Fix Internal Links.

Introduction

This section deals with Python Scripts written for Blender 2.49b or earlier. The version of Python is Python 2.6.2. For Blender 2.5 or later please see relevant wiki section.

Once you have Downloaded a script: There are a few ways to run a script:

Command Line
Inside Blender
With Blender running, use a Text Editor to load the .py file, and then File->Run Python Script
Scripts Menu
If the script is self-registering to one of the Blender menus and is located in the Python Script folder set in your User Preferences, you can switch one of the blender windows to a Scripts window, and run it from the menu that pops up.

  • For Blender 2.5 or later versions, please check the links on the main Scripts page.
  • Scripts that are marked *Included in Blender version No. may not have correct links. If in the future you need these scripts please download the version of Blender that they are included in. This can be done at http://www.Blender.org.
  • The Maintainers of the Catalog will do their best to make sure all links are current, however we cannot be held responsible for Broken Links.
  • Please if you are the Author of a script let someone know either here or through the Forums if you are having trouble hosting your script/s and someone will surely Help.
