I paid for the student's CC about 2 months ago, and a box keeps popping up saying my free trial is over, and I have to provide a serial number. Where can I find this? I purchased the subscription directly from adobe.com, and when I click "buy now" from the box that says my trial is over, it keeps telling me, I already have an account - which I can not enter. I can't open any of the Adobe programs!
