Thank you for the reply.
This did not seem to fix the problem. I also applied the width:98% to #primary_middle_column and #primary_right_column also but this did not help either.
One strange thing I saw within Dreamweaver when I had the mobile size select and the div#fullbanner selected is that the picture seemed to extend outside the div.

I am not sure what that is all about either. Anymore ideas? Thanks for your help.
