EditSteps
-
1Find out how long you use technology in a day. If you use Facebook, MySpace or Twitter for more than 4 hours a day, then try going on it for 2 hours. If you text your friends a lot, try talking to them in person. Invite them over, go out to lunch together, go to a movie.
-
2Figure out why way too much technology may be bad. It can wreck your eyes if you watch lots of TV or if the brightness is too high on your phone or iPod. It can also give you more pounds if you are on the computer all day.
-
3Think about other ways you can have fun without using technology.
