EditSteps
-
1Look after them. Whether it's your annoying little sister, rude big brother, or uncaring stepfather, dad or mom, they all love you deep down inside, so care for them. For example, help your little sister with homework you can help her with or help wash your stepdad's car.Ad
-
2Give them meaningful gifts. For mother's day, maybe get her something identical to what her mother got her, or get your little sister something she has dreamt of having.
-
3Do the little things.
- Cook your mom breakfast in bed.
- Take your dad to a football match.
- Play with your sister (even if you don't really want to).
-
4Be there for them. For example, if your little sister is being bullied, help her through it. Or if your dad is coming home drunk, help him sober up.
-
5Become close to them. Encourage them to tell them what the problem is, if who you are caring for does actually have a problem. If your father is an alcoholic then maybe you can talk about possible treatments and back him up.
-
6Protect them. If a mate turns on them and shouts and screams at them, protect them because you have known your family longer then you have known your mate.Ad
