EditSteps
-
1Make a "LoveBook" The LoveBook is an easy way to keep your loved one right by your side. To accomplish the LoveBook, first you need to purchase (or find around the house) two empty notebooks, preferably pocket sized.
- The only other instruction to the LoveBook is to keep it with you as much as possible! This will keep you in touch with him/her. Whenever you find yourself thinking about your partner write an entry into your LoveBook. Once you two come together again, trade books. This is a cute little way to get your mind off of each other.
-
2Invite some friends over! There's nothing wrong with a little all women sleepover, or a game night with the boys. Your spouse is only trying to support you, so just kick back with the buds for a little. Being alone is what keeps all the negative thoughts in your head.
-
3Talk to your spouse. Maybe dedicate a day to alone time with the two of you. Make sure they understand how you feel.
