EditSteps
EditMethod 1 of 3: Self contentious
-
1Realize that whatever has happened is done.
-
2Think about what happened and realize the good things you have.
-
3focus on the good things in your life and think about those good things.
EditMethod 2 of 3: Talk to someone
-
1Find someone who you deeply trust with good morals and who may have been in the same situation.
-
2Tell them all of what happened. Don't stretch or bend the truth of what happened otherwise you because you may convince yourself it really happened.
-
3After, take any advice they give which will hopefully be along the lines of: its going to be OK; I'm here for you; its not your fault, etc.
EditMethod 3 of 3: shelling
-
1this step is one I personally do not recommend because you can most easily convince yourself that its your fault and pour negative thoughts into your head.
-
2If you do choose this method, don't share your thoughts of the event(s) with anyone. But you must remind yourself of positive things.
We could really use your help!
Fitbit?

Nook tablet?

marksmanship?

self-presentation?

EditWarnings
- If you chose the shelling method it may add an additional chance of negative thoughts that may sadly lead to suicide or self abuse.
