1Test them. Ask them and show them an object. Then ask them what color it is. For example, an object is purple and you ask them the color. They say blue, which is the wrong color. test them with many objects to be sure they are not color blind. If they say the wrong color in many/all of the objects, they might be color blind.

2Go to your eye doctor with the person that is color blind. Have the doctor do tests on their eyes to make sure they aren't color blind.If possible, have the doctor recommend a cure to color blindness.
