Everyone that contributes to wikiHow is a builder of a fantastic, shared resource. "Being a Builder" is a metaphor for being constructive. wikiHow is a do-ocracy where constructive actions help our mission and disruptive actions detract from our goals. Builders work to build community, consensus and wikispirit. Where others criticize mistakes and omissions, builders see opportunities for improvement and take action. Where others see a personality dispute, builders see an opportunity to engage and reach consensus. Builders recognize the process of "how" we build wikiHow as important as the product we are building.
