It's moving from winter to spring and while it's getting warmer, our reaction is to head for chilled, seasonal beverages, and that usually means sodas, sugars, sweeteners and other soft drinks. The only thing that is going to do is pack on the empty calories and set up a desire cascade for yet more sweetened drinks. There are alternatives that most don't stop to think about. Healthier, better tasting, and longer lasting.

- Choices of fruit to use include:

- Strawberry (Any and all berries)
