2Bend the right knee and bring the knee to the chest.

3Hold, grasping with both hands and pull up to the chest holding for five seconds.

4Go to the left and do the same thing with the left knee to the chest and hold with both hands for five seconds.

5Do five of these, alternating each leg so that you have done ten each.

6This can be accomplished in another way where you can take both hands behind the knee and with both hands slowly pull the knee to the chest and hold for five seconds.
