EditSteps
-
1Talk to the person who is using you. Tell them that you will no longer tolerate it. It is not your job to provide for their needs, and you do not owe it to them.
-
2Understand that if they get mad, then you should stop hanging out with them (if they are your friend) or if they are a bully, then inform a school teacher, who will handle it from there
-
3Realize that if they are using you for your test answers or homework , just stop allowing them to do so. Not only are they not learning, but it makes you look really bad if you get caught.

EditTips
- But tell people a good strong "NO" is a good idea, even every once in a while.
- Be confident. You are the boss of your life and no one should be using you and tricking you for their benefit.
- And, start getting nit picky, or fake it for their sake, showing them they have arms, and legs just the same as you.
- If they are not used to being said no to, start training them slowly to save face.
- They can get it for themselves.
- Might help to get a little mad about it, also.
- Spend your money, resources more on yourself. Can you say "Oops, I am sorry Sally, honey, I just don't got it this week, I just bought a new car, boat, house, down payment on a monkey to dance when you come over, and dance even more when you leave, oops did I say that? O my".
- Get it???
- Time to get selfish, not selfishness, selfishness hurts others.
