How to Build a Traveler Profile as a US Health and Human Services Employee
The United States Department of Health and Human Services, offers these instructions for travelers to create a traveler profile. For faster and more accurate reservation services, each traveler should build and manage his or her traveler profile. The traveler profile contains personal contact information, frequent traveler information, airline seat and meal preferences as well as passport and other information.
Steps

1Go to the website listed below.Ad

2Click on the CDC link.

3Click on the "HHS Online Profiles" link.

4Select the "New user click here for registration" link if you are building a profile for the first time.

5Enter your email address, first and last name, and select a password. Your password will become your User ID.

6Click on the "Submit" button.

7Select your Coordinating Center and enter all other required data on the Profile form.

8Click on the "Update Record" button or you can enter your other preferences. Additional preference selections are available at the top right of the form.

9Select "Update Record" and then "Logout".Ad

Tips
- You can update your profile data and preferences at any time. To access your profile, after selecting the "HHS Online Profiles" link, enter your User ID (your email address) and your password.
- Required data fields are identified by a yellow triangle with an explanation mark.
- If you are building a profile for someone else, you must build the profile as if "you" are the traveler. In this case, it is imperative that you share the information (user ID and password) with the traveler in order for the traveler to access the profile in the future.
- You can print the Profile form for your records.
Warnings
- You will not be able to "Update Record" unless all required fields are complete.
