-
1Depending on your dress for the day and public exposure (slacks work best for this exercise as opposed to a skirt or dress).Ad
-
2Bend the right knee and bring the knee to the chest.
-
3Hold, grasping with both hands and pull up to the chest holding for five seconds. Go to the left and do the same thing with the left knee to the chest and hold with both hands for five seconds.
-
4Do five of these, alternating each leg so that you have done ten each. This can be accomplished in another way where you can take both hands behind the knee and with both hands slowly pull the knee to the chest and hold for five seconds.
-
5Reverse position of the legs and repeat the movement.
EditMethod 2 of 3: Stretching Exercise of the Shoulders

1Sitting with your back upright, place a small hand towel over the left shoulder and back.
-
2Hold the towel with the left hand over the left shoulder. With the right hand, reach behind the lower back and grasp the towel.
-
3Slowly pull the towel down with the right hand with the left hand slowly pull the towel upward.
-
4Reverse the position of the hands and towel and repeat the exercise five times for each side.
