Ingredients
- 8 cups of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 6 cloves
- 4 hibiscus tea bags
- 2 cups of sugar
Steps

1Place 8 cups of water, the cinnamon stick, and the cloves in a saucepan.Bring to a boil. Add the tea bags and sugar. Simmer for 2 minutes.

2Remove the mixture from the heat, and cover it for at least an hour. Sometimes it works better overnight.

3Take out the tea bags, and store the sorrel in the refrigerator. Serve it chilled.
