1Cut two 12" x 24" pieces of nylon fabric.Ad

2Measure out 12" and 24" of dowel wood to use as supports

3Lay one rectangle down, and lay the dowels on top in a cross formation.

4Lay the other piece of nylon fabric on top of them and sew the nylon around the dowels so they will not move.
