1Search any apartment database
- Simply search any apartment database that meets your specific needs. The search engine will show you all properties that match your exact criteria and provide you information such as pictures, floor plans, maps, local schools, amenities, and current move-in specials offered by the apartments.

2Visit Properties
- After you have completed your search of your favorite apartments; it is time to plan an on-site visit. Print the map or the referral form and take it with you. Be sure to list the apartment locators on the notes at each apartment community you visit. Some give credits based on the listing.
- After selecting an apartment and to ensure your move-in credit if one is available, you must list the apartment locator on the referral form. Also, either print the lease confirmation sheet and take it with you, or contact them to complete the lease confirmation process, if needed.
