- Plan an adventure with your friends.
- Look at things as if for the very first time. Watch a butterfly fly.
- Wear bright colors.
- Amuse a child. Play hopscotch or jump rope.
- Pretend you're a peacock.
- Play hide and seek in the dark.
- Leap or jump on the bed.
- Play dress up. Wear cute and funny clothes, jewelry and makeup.
- Twirl or skip down the street. Walk backwards.
- Blow bubbles or fly a kite.
- Dance in the kitchen while making supper.
- Make an entrance. Quack and walk like a duck.
- Sing loudly and off key.
- Wear pajamas for the entire day.
- Be a mime for a day.
- Stretch your arms out to the side and pretend to fly.
- Watch an ant hill.
- Slide down the slide in the park.
- Skip rocks or have a water splashing contest at the lake.
- Put a bunch of feathers in your hat.
