EditTips
- Some simple leg exercises are ankle raises off a step, wall sits, squats, running on the spot, and skipping.
- Don't get stressed out either. This will not help the process of getting fit or help you in the rest of your life!
- Never give up no matter how hard it gets and keep going through the feelings of 'I can't be bothered' because think of the overall picture and change your mind to 'I can be bothered.' Also, if you do the exercises with a good attitude, you will feel much better about doing them, and you won't think of it as a chore.
- Some simple arm exercises are press ups and half press ups.
- Some useful stomach exercises are laying on your back and lifting only your legs off the floor, crunches and V sits.
- You don't necessarily need to buy anything to do these.
EditWarnings
- Make sure you are doing the exercises in suitable, safe areas where you could not possibly injure yourself or any other living thing or damage any object!
- Always do a warm up before you start your exercises to get your muscles warmed up.
- Don't overdo it!
- If you start feeling something hurting then stop and rest yourself for a day or two until you are feeling better. And if it still hurts, go to a physio or a doctor.
