  • Encourage your teammates! They are like your friends! You guys have the same interests and maybe have them over if you guys have nothing else to do.
  • Make sure you know what is going on in the sport(s) you are participating. Usually coaches will send out emails about important things related to the sport such as the driving directions to a location or a season schedule or an event that got canceled etc.
  • Bring confidence and a good attitude to every practice/game.

  • Don't start an exercise course right away when you didn't stretch. You can really injure yourself.
  • Don't sit a lot and eat junk food. This will increase the fat inside your body.
  • When you can't decide the sport that interests you or if it's too late to join, you will have to wait next year. You don't want that.
  • It takes 3 weeks to get in shape and 3 days to get out of shape! So add exercise to your schedule.
