How to Make a Compound Microscope

1Take the diameter of the magnifying lens.Ad

2Take out the circumference of the lens and mark the length with a pencil somewhere on a paper.

3Mark a 12-inch line perpendicular to one end of the circumference line. Use both lines to complete a rectangle and cut out of the paper.

4Keep your lens on a smooth and flat surface.

5Wrap the paper around it.

6Make a hole in that to push through it.

7Wrap a tape on the edge of tube where it seams meet to create a cylinder.

8Cut a one inch square in the tube below the handle at the opposite end of the cylinder.

9Measure and take a strip track in the tube opposite to handle. Make sure that the strip should be wide enough to meet the second lens and also it should extend from one inch above the cylinder base to one inch below the magnifying lens at the top of the tube.

10Insert the second magnifying lens there. Tighten it.
