    Have a spectator pick any card. It doesn't matter which.

    Distract them by saying "now make sure you know what it is". "Are you sure you've memorized it?" etc. While they're distracted, turn the deck over and flip the bottom card so it's back-up, not face-up.

    Holding the deck with the bottom up (although it appears to the audience as the top) tell them to put their card back on top.

    Now try to distract them again by telling them to think of their card very hard,or to look into your eyes, and hold your deck off to the side and quickly turn it so it's top-up again.
