It's the morning of a hot summer day and there's no ice-cream in your freezer...What can you do? Make Easy Banana Ice-Cream!

EditSteps

  1. 1
    You will need:
    • 3 Bananas
    • Milk (Or Yoghurt!)
    • Honey or Maple Syrup
    • Berries (Optional)
  2. 2
Peel and then place your bananas into a Vitamix blender.
  3. 3
Add in the milk or yoghurt. Blend on high for 20 seconds (or until the bananas are well-blended).
  4. 4
Add in the honey and berries and blend again for 10 seconds.
  5. 5
Pour your mixture into ice-cream moulds, an ice-cube tray or whatever you would like to use.
  6. 6
Place it into the freezer for 3-4 hours. Now you have a yummy (and easy!) ice-cream that will be ready by the hot afternoon!
