Every edit needs to be patrolled to improve the quality of wikiHow. Here's how to patrol Discussion pages:
Steps

1Find unpatrolled Discussion pages:
- Click on Recent Changes in the column to the left.
- Click on Hide Patrolled Edits at the top of the page.
- Select Discussion in the drop-down menu and click on GO.
- Bookmark the page.

2Compare and correct edits according to patrol guidelines.
- Mark as patrolled if a comment adds valid information related to the article, such as "I support a merge".
- Rollback random or irrelevant comments, vulgar nonsense or insults to an individual that are not related to the article.

4Add {{ID}}, to the top of a Discussion page, if vulgar language related to the article appears on the page.
- "This page sucks" should not be rolled back. It is not profane or an insult to an individual. It discusses the topic at hand.
