Squash is a great way to keep fit and to meet make new friends, also its fun to just smash a ball around a small court. Practising drills can improve your accuracy, agility, and speed making you a better player

EditSteps

  1. 1
Find a partner to practise with.
  2. 2
Have someone at the back and you at the front. Have them belt the ball at the wall while you dive for it. Carry on boasting and driving. Move a lot; this one is good for stamina.
  3. 3
If it gets boring, turn it into a competition to see who is the most accurate.
  4. 4
If you're on your own, you could just do simple drives to yourself. See how many you can do. Since you're probably thinking this sounds really boring, make it harder by setting up targets or change it to volleys. These activities will help you to improve.
