    Take an old pair of jeans that you will not need anymore and cut it into pieces by following the sewn lines. Make sure you leave about 5/8" seam allowance to ensure that you will fit into your new jeans.

    Copy the outlines of the pieces onto tissue paper pin into place.
  3. 3
    Cut out the jeans pattern from the tissue paper.

  • Make sure your jeans are pressed flat before you copy them onto the tissue paper. If this is not done your pattern will not work.
